2023 Dols Yarra Valley Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Scents of white peach, nectarine and subtle dried honey drift through the nostrils trailed by some citrusy nougat and faint spicy cashew notes. Flavours of white peach and dried honey carry nice shape across the mid weighted palate with some delicate cashew, nougat and spice characters lingering through the back half. Attractive cream tinged finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
