2023 Emilian Parcel Selection Pinot Noir

A light, eloquently detailed Pinot that shows good freshness and a savoury red fruited finish.

Includes 15% whole bunch with aging taking place in 2 year old French oak for a period of 7 months. Dark red in colour with black toned edges and a bright red hue. Elevated violet, sour to red cherry, strawberry and clove scents carry a perfumed like quality with some forest floor and spicy cedar notes also evident. Light in body the palate is eloquently detailed with red cherry and strawberry fruits which meld into a spicy back drop of forest floor, cedar and dried herbs. Showing plenty of underlying freshness it has elegant, fine boned tannins and a savoury red fruited finish.
