2023 Forty Two Degrees South Pinot Grigio

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and apple mix with hints of dried honey and spice. Slippery textured the palate features pear and ripe apple fruits over a back drop of dried honey and spice. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and good length to the well rounded aftertaste.
Drink over the next year.
