2023 Fraser Gallop Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a greenish tinged outskirts. Aromas of green apple and lime combine with some subtle herbaceous grassy notes, asparagus and flinty mineral characters. Zesty lime, delicate passionfruit and Granny Smith apple flavours have a racy mineral infused acid backbone. Delicate herbaceous grassy infusions and flint are also apparent. Finishes dry, crisp and energetically taut.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
