2023 Heirloom Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pungent aromas of passionfruit, lime and gooseberry leap out of the glass complimented by herbaceous grassy notes and a whiff of capsicum. Racy passionfruit, green apple and lime fruits sizzle across the palate underscored by snappy acidity with some herbaceous grassy and flinty mineral elements lying in the background. Finishes dry, crisp and deliciously crunchy.
