2023 Inama Soave Classico

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish toned edges and a watery hue. Pear and ripe apple scents jump out of the glass followed by some quince, fresh herb and wet stone notes. Delicious pear, lime and green apple fruits are simultaneously energetic and river stone like in their feel across the palate. Infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral elements lie underneath. Crisp refreshing acidity with some quince threaded through the long mouth watering finish.
