Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Uplifted pear and Jonathan apple aromas are followed by hints of honeysuckle and spice. Ripe and fleshy the palate features pear and apple fruits over a delicate quince and honeysuckle back drop. Finishes dry with refreshing acidity and a texturally slippery aftertaste.
