2023 Knight Granite Hills Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Intense aromas of lime juice, Granny Smith apple and lemon jump out of the glass followed by wet steel and chalky mineral like notes. Zippy lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple flavours race across the tense and tightly focused palate. Crisp, crunchy like acidity with wet steel, chalk and flinty mineral elements lingering through the long zesty finish.
