Brilliant water like core with a distinct glimmer of green running around the edges. Punchy lime and green apple scents infused with fresh herbs bound out of the glass followed by some wet stone and mineral notes. Crunchy lime and green apple fruits have a racy feel across the scrumptious palate with infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral characteristics lying underneath. Crisp acidity. Finishes dry and chalky with a long invigorating aftertaste.
