2023 La Prova Pinot Grigio

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Delightful pear and red apple skin aromas jump out of the glass followed by some citrus and stony mineral notes. Delicious pear and red apple flavours are underscored by crunchy acidity. Nicely rounded mouth feel with some lime and stony mineral characters lingering through the back half. Finishes dry and fresh with plenty of persistence.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
