2023 Laroche Petit Chablis

Fresh, zippy Chablis with a saline and mineral laced finish.

Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime and green apple are trailed by some wet slate, fresh herb and mineral notes. Zippy lime, lemon and green apple fruits race across the palate underscored by notions of fresh herb infusions and flinty mineral characters. Crisp acidity with saline, mineral laced finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
