Includes 15% whole bunch with maturation taking place in French oak for a short period. Dark red in colour with black toned edges and a light red to red hue. Fragrant red to dark cherry, strawberry and rhubarb aromas intermingle with hints of clove, forest floor and spice. Delicious red cherry and strawberry fruits overlay a rhubarb, brambly forest floor and spice background. Fine grained tannins with a savoury finish that’s layered with bramble and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
