2023 Lost Farm Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like core with a greenish tinged outskirts. A pungent mix of herbaceous gooseberries and passionfruit jump out of the glass followed by some Granny Smith apple and prominent grassy asparagus like notes. Zesty passionfruit, gooseberry and lime flavours carry a racy feel across the palate with some asparagus and herbaceous grassy elements lingering underneath. Finishes dry and zingy with crunchy acidity.
