2023 Mad Fish Chardonnay

Review Summary: An energetically fresh, fruit driven style of Chardonnay.

The Detailed review: Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green to the edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach, apricot and melon scents sail through the nostrils followed by some vanillin spice notes. Energetically shaped and driven by peach, melon and citrus fruits, the fresh mid weighted palate is underscored by lively acidity. A delicate minerality is also evident through the vibrant mid length finish.
