2023 Mad Fish Pinot Gris

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Delicate pear skin and green apple aromas are followed by hints of bees wax. Vibrant pear and green to red apple skin fruits have a racy feel over a back drop of faint honeysuckle and spice. Crisp acidity finishing dry, fresh and elegant.
