2023 Miss Zilm Watervale Riesling

Brilliant water like core with a distinct greenish tinge to the edges. Lime, citrus and orange aromas jump out of the glass followed by some talc and steely mineral notes. Scrumptious lime and lemon fruits possess both textural volume and concentration with orange rind, talc and subtle steely mineral elements lying underneath. Crisp acidity finishing dry, long and mouth watering.
