Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Intense passionfruit, green apple and lime aromas fill the nostrils followed by some herbaceous grassy notes. Snappy passionfruit, gooseberry and lime flavours have a subtle herbaceous grassy overlay. Finishes dry and zesty with crisp acidity and a lingering minerality.
