2023 Mountadam Vineyards Estate High Eden Chardonnay

A refined mid weighted Chardonnay that finishes with vibrancy and elegance.

Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. White peach, dried honey and nectarine aromas greet the nostrils with good intensity followed by some citrusy nougat, biscuit and faint crème brulee notes. Mid weighted, the palate is both refined and fresh in its feel with white peach and nectarine fruits to the fore. Lively acidity with some roasted almond and flinty mineral elements spread across the back half. Vibrant, elegant finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
