A fresh, elegant Chardonnay with lively acidity and a mid length finish.
Aged on lees for a period of 10 months in mature French oak barrels. Brilliant pale straw colour with a glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nectarine and pear aromas mix with hints of honeysuckle, citrus, biscuit and spice. Nectarine and citrus fruits are underpinned by lively acidity on the fresh, elegant palate. Subtle bees wax, pear and biscuity spice elements ensue. Nicely rounded in it’s feel, it has a mid length finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
