2023 Opawa Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Grassy gooseberry and citrus aromas are intertwined with some herbaceous asparagus like notes and hints of capsicum. Concentrated ripe gooseberry, citrus and green apple flavours meld into a back drop of herbaceous grassy characters and capsicum. Zesty acidity with a distinct herbaceous grassy edge to the finish.
