2023 Pacha Mama Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. A bounty of lime, green apple and orange rind aromas flood the nostrils with hints of chalky talc and steely mineral notes also apparent. Zippy and tightly wound, lime and lemon fruits have a racy feel across the palate with notions of orange rind, green apple, wet steel and chalky mineral elements lying underneath. Crisp laser like acidity lends tension and focus. Finishes taut, long and zesty.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
