2023 Patrick Piuze Chablis Terroir de Chichee

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Intense pear, dried honey and lime aromas are complimented by some oyster shell and stony mineral notes. Beautifully rounded and layered across the palate, delicious pear and lime fruits are featured over a background of subtle dried honey, fleshy white peach, wet stone and oyster shell. Excellent concentration with a lick of brisk acidity prolonging a minerally finish that has a river stone like textural feel.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
