2023 Picollo Ernesto Gavi

Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted pear, lime and green apple skin aromas are trailed by some wet stone and fresh herb notes. Zippy lime and green apple fruits race across the palate underscored by crunchy acidity with notions of pineapple, wet slate and flinty mineral characters lingering through the back half. Showing plenty of cut and verve it finishes dry and long. The zesty conclusion laced with fresh herb and mineral infusions.
