2023 Plantagenet Angevin Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Elevated lime and lemon aromas infused with wet steel are followed by some orange rind and flinty mineral notes. Tightly coiled and tense but concentrated the palate possesses laser like focus with a core of lime, lemon and green apple fruits framed by crisp acidity. Wet steel and chalky mineral elements lingering through the long precise and dry finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
