2023 Pllana Clementine Watervale Riesling

A crisp, tense Riesling that’s beginning to show some tertiary development.

Brilliant water like core with highlights of green around the edges. Lime and lemon aromas are to the fore with some ensuing oily steel like, orange rind and flinty mineral notes. Crunchy lime and lemon fruits meld into a back drop of subtle oily kerosene characters, wet steel and minerals. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a tense conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
