A light, zippy white.

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and Granny Smith apple are intermeshed with hints of grapefruit and flinty mineral notes. Vibrantly crunchy in its feel, the palate features lime, green apple and grapefruit flavours over a flinty mineral back drop. Zippy acidity with a fresh, lively finish.
