Brilliant water like core with a distinctive green tint to the edges. Lifted pear and green apple aromas mix with melon, lime and quince notes. On the palate pear, lime and green apple fruits overlay a quince and spice back drop. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a spicy fruit driven aftertaste.

Chenin blanc has got a bit of a thing going on at the moment ... and I dig it. Light straw in the glass with aromas of green apple, poached pears and juicy citrus with hints of crème fraîche, crushed stone, marzipan and white flowers. There's a pleasing slinky, textural aspect on the palate, finishing clean with bright acidity providing plenty of velocity and verve. Drink by 2027.
