2023 Seresin Sauvignon Blanc

Includes 10% Semillon with a small portion of the wine aged in neutral oak barrels (10%). Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense herbaceous gooseberry, citrus and green apple scents flood the nostrils followed by some lime and grassy asparagus like notes. Mouth watering ripe gooseberry, passionfruit and green apple flavours are underpinned by crunchy acidity with some lime, mineral and herbaceous grassy characters unfolding across the back half. Finishes dry, long and scrumptious.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
