Juicy and bright mid weighted Shiraz.

Deep dark red black core with a bright purple red hue. Freshly crushed dark cherry and liquorice scents mix with hints of blueberry, inky earth and subtle pepper notes. Juicy dark plum, liquorice and blueberry fruits meld into an inky earth and vanillin spice back drop. Well fleshed and bright, it has velvety tannins and a succulent dark fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

I'm loving the wines from Jules and Bec Ashmead. Nicely composed with 13% whole bunch this year, it's all juicy blueberry and plummy fruits, studded with spice and floral facet with gentle twiggy nuance sidling through with a nod of its head. Just such an easy drink; nothing poking out, everything in its right place (thanks Thom). Such great value. Drink by 2032.
