Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the edges. Elevated lime, Granny Smith apple and lemon scents mix with wet steel, talc and mineral notes. Intense lime, citrus and orange rind flavours run rampant across the texturally voluminous palate. Chalky talc and steely mineral elements lie underneath. Crisp acidity with a long tense racy finish.
