2023 Stefano Lubiana Pinot Gris

Bright apricot straw colour with rose gold tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced pear, baked apple and honeysuckle aromas drift through the nostrils followed by some quince and spice notes. Delicious pear, apple and quince flavours have a mouth filling affect across the palate with some citrusy honeysuckle and spicy ginger characters lurking underneath. Excellent intensity with zippy, energized acidity shining through on the long, dry and fruity finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
