2023 Taltarni Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Lifted aromas of passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry combine with lime, green apple and grassy asparagus notes. Zingy passionfruit and citrus like fruits are underpinned by crunchy acidity with notions of green apple and subtle herbaceous grassy characters lingering through the back half. Finishes dry with a zesty feel to the aftertaste.
