2023 Te Mata Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges. Pungent herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit and green apple scents stream out of the glass trailed by some grassy asparagus and capsicum notes. Zesty gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus flavours line the racy palate with some herbaceous grassy asparagus and flinty mineral elements also evident. Crisp acidity provides laser like focus to the long zippy finish.
