Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Delightful pear, lime and green apple scents jump out of the glass followed by hints of dried hay and stony mineral notes. Beautifully shaped texturally it features delicious pear, red apple and lime fruits over a wet stone and mineral back drop. Brisk acidity with a beautifully rounded finish that’s very moreish.
