2023 Vasse Felix Classic Dry White

A classic Margaret River blend of 65% Semillon and 35% Sauvignon Blanc that has been produced by Vasse Felix since 1987. Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Aromas of lime zest and passionfruit lead the way followed by some herbaceous grassy and flinty mineral notes. Racy lime and passionfruit flavours are delivered with plenty of intensity over a green apple, herbaceous grassy character and flinty mineral back drop. Snappy acidity finishing long, dry and zesty.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
