2023 Wirra Wirra Hiding Champion Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit and lime scents fill the nostrils with some grassy asparagus and mineral notes also chiming in. Zesty passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry flavours drive the palate with some grassy asparagus and spicy green apple characters lying underneath. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a mouth watering aftertaste.
