2023 Yering Station Little Yering Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and watery hue. Lifted white peach and dried honey aromas mix with citrusy nougat and delicate crème brulee notes. Mid weighted with a subtle creaminess to the textural feel, the palate features white peach and nectarine fruit over dried honey and citrusy nougat characteristics. Finishes with a nicely balanced freshness and medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
