2023 Yering Station Village Rose

Made from a blend of Shiraz, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo grapes. Very pale salmon pink tinged colour. Delightful peach and strawberry scents drift through the nostrils followed by some musk and wet stone notes. Delicious red cherry, strawberry and water melon fruits line the palate with a silky textural feel. Some pomegranate and wet stone elements linger through the back half. Finishes dry with refreshing acidity and a long savoury aftertaste.
