2024 Babich Sauvignon Blanc

A classically styled Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that regularly vies for New Zealand’s best value Sauvvy B. Brilliant very pale straw colour with subtle highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pungent herbaceous gooseberry and passionfruit aromas combine with some complimenting grassy asparagus and citrus notes also evident. Zingy passionfruit, ripe gooseberry and citrus flavours are delivered with great intensity and have a mouth filling effect across the scrumptious palate. Crunchy acidity with some herbaceous grassy characters extending through the long finish.
