2024 Cooter & Cooter Watervale Riesling

A tense, steely Riesling that has a bone dry finish.

Brilliant water like core with a greenish tint to the rim. Lemon and lime juice aromas intermingle with some Granny Smith apple, chalky talc and wet steel notes. The tense, steely palate features lemon and lime fruits over tart green apple and flinty mineral characters. Crisp laser like acidity with a linear, bone dry finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
