2024 Fraser Gallop Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the outskirts. Intense herbaceous grassy top notes are followed by green apple, subtle lime, asparagus and delicate pencil shaving notes. Mouth watering lime and green apple flavours infused with herbaceous grassy elements decorate the palate with traces of spicy capsicum and light pencil shaving characters lying underneath. Finishes very dry with crisp, energetic acidity and a long conclusion that’s both savoury and refreshing at once.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
