Brilliant water like colour with a subtle greenish tint around the edges. Lifted lime zest, lemon and green apple skin aromas mix with subtle fresh herb and slatey mineral notes. Zippy lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple fruits are underscored by crisp laser like acidity. Infusions of fresh herbs and flinty mineral elements lie underneath. Finishes dry with a zingy feel.
