2024 Mad Fish Pinot Gris

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Aromas of pear and apple mix with some discreet rosewater and quince notes. Delicious ripe pear and apple fruits have a shapely feel across the palate with some subtle musk and stony mineral elements lying underneath. Brisk acidity with a long silken finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
