2024 Mad Fish Riesling

Zesty lime, lemon and mandarin fruits over a slatey mineral back drop.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and green apple skin are followed by some lemon juice, mandarin and subtle orange blossom notes. Zesty lime, lemon and mandarin fruits overlay a slatey mineral back drop. Crisp acidity finishing dry and crunchy.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
