A light, fresh Pinot Gris.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and red apple drift through the nostrils followed by some citrus and delicate flinty mineral notes. Nicely fleshed yet also energetic in its feel, the palate sports fresh pear and red apple fruits over faint musk and citrusy mineral characteristics. Zingy acidity with a refreshing mid length finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
