Fleshy orchard fruits underscored by mouth watering acidity with a vividly tangy finish.

Salmon pink tinged colour with a watery hue. Delightful pear, apple and honeysuckle aromas are complimented by hints of rosewater and musk. Fleshy pear, apple and quince fruits are underscored by mouth watering acidity. Some delicate musk and light honeysuckle characters tail off through the finish. Slightly tangy feel with a vividly refreshing aftertaste.

With its 12 hours on skins post-crush, this is a very bright, pale and gentle salmon-pink colour. Shows good varietal typicity with its aromas of white pear and musk, while the palate is gently textured, balanced and refreshing. Good stuff. Drink by 2026.
