Zesty Sauvignon Blanc with crisp acidity and a finish of admirable length.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pungent herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit and green apple aromas fill the nostrils complimented by some grassy asparagus notes. Zesty gooseberry, passionfruit and green apple flavours drive the palate with some herbaceous grassy elements the back drop. Crisp acidity with a dry, mouth watering finish that shows admirable length.
