2024 The Willows Vineyard Riesling

A zippy Riesling with laser like acidity and a dry, tense finish.

Brilliant water like core with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Lemon and lime juice aromas mix with Granny Smith apple and steely mineral like notes. Zippy lemon, lime and Granny Smith apple flavours are underscored by crisp laser like acidity. Some wet steel and mineral elements linger across the back half. The finish long, dry and tense.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
