Mouth watering Tassie Riesling with crisp, laser like acidity finishing long and tense.

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Leaping from the glass are intense lime and lemon scents which are complimented by some red apple, orange blossom, talc and mineral notes. Mouth watering lime, lemon and orange fruits are delivered with great drive and precision. Crisp laser like acidity with chalky talc, subtle red apple and steely mineral elements lingering through the long, tense yet scrumptious finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
