A gorgeously shaped dry white that possesses fabulous fruit intensity.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lime, pear and green apple aromas drift from the glass followed by hints of Mediterranean herbs and wet stone. The gorgeously shaped, moreish palate features pear, red apple skin and lime flavours over a stony mineral back drop. Excellent fruit intensity combines with brisk acidity. The long, dry finish carrying a well rounded, river stone like feel.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.

All estate-grown biodynamic and organic fruit, matured in ceramic egg and old French barrels. Golden apples, Meyer lemon, a herbal mint/sage/cypress note, sappy florals and a little brown spice. This is full of both flavour and vital energy, the palate built on leesy texture, a subtly pithy chew and gentle but active acidity. It’s exciting to see McLaren Vale's whites gather in strength and diversity – long may it continue. Drink by 2028.
